  2. Allow 30 days for good-faith resolution discussions.
During this period, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation or voluntary mediation before proceeding to arbitration.
No arbitration may be initiated until this 30-day period has passed.
6. Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to:

  • Policy review or referral processes
  • Shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis only.

PINE LAKE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PINE LAKE’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100 USD.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, statute, etc.).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
